The “Epicerie” group accommodation
Our group gîte “l’Epicerie” is located in the heart of the Conie valley, in the south of Eure et Loir. We are also at the gates of the Loire Valley, and its castles, and close to the Ile de France and Paris.
This old house, with an area of 200 m2, can accommodate up to 15 people (4 bedrooms and a large dormitory) with its large private garden, its terrace, and its access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (with shelter if necessary). Ideal for getting together and sharing moments with family or friends!
